Missing Items and Orders

Please allow allotted processing and delivery times before contacting us to report a missing package / order or request tracking information.

The assigned delivery times are only a guide, please note that we cannot register a package as lost until 30 business days after it is posted. If an order / package is missing or delayed in publication, you must wait 30 business days for delivery, after this the order can be reshipped/refunded and a claim can be made with the Post Office.

We are unable to replace/refund BEFORE the 30 business days have passed.

We must be notified of any missing orders within 1 month of the order being shipped. We cannot guarantee that tracking information will be available after this time, and we will not be responsible for missing orders that are NOT reported within a month of shipment.

For any order with missing or incorrect items, please use the contact form, quoting your order number, to report errors and correct them.

In the case of damaged packaging / missing items, please contact us as soon as you receive the order, including pictures of the damage and complete information of the missing items.

If you have received a refund, please refer to the refund notice or printed invoice that was sent with your order, as this will be the reason.
